Hi I'm Rach 

As we enter the second half of life, particularly with the changes that come with it, it can sometimes feel like your body is working against you, leading you in a direction you never intended to go.

​

Many of us grew up in an era dominated by diets, calorie counting, and an obsession with being thinner. We became fixated on shedding pounds, exercising to lose weight, and doing cardio to shrink our bodies. In that toxic cycle, we lost sight of the incredible strength and potential our bodies possess.

​

I quit dieting over 10 years ago. At the time, I was working with a weight loss organization and had an epiphany when I saw, on a large scale, the damaging behaviors diets were fostering in us. The fixation on finding the "perfect" diet felt eerily similar to gambling—pursuing a win that was almost impossible to achieve.

​

Over the past decade, I’ve developed the approach that has become Pilates Rock. It’s about helping women break free from the myths surrounding weight loss, cardio, and strength training.

​

As a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor, Pilates Instructor, Menopause Health and Fitness Coach, Nordic walking instructor and Co-Active Life Coach (yes, it's been a busy 10 years!), I continuously experiment with exercise.

 

I believe there's a better, more enjoyable, and empowering way to live. It’s about finding joy in movement, working with your body to build strength, and fueling your life with nutritious foods that make you feel great.

​

Pilates Rock is a preventative health approach—a blend of Pilates and strength training, with an emphasis on Positive Nutrition. It’s about reversing muscle decline, building strength, and reducing body fat, if that’s your goal.

 

High-level support is central to how we work together—taking things one step at a time, with one-on-one accountability and a community of incredible women by your side.
