As we enter the second half of life, it can be challenging to understand why your body is changing through menopause and how to manage those changes. At times, it may feel like your body is working against you.

The demands of our busy lives often leave little time for focusing on our well-being. Even though you know that regular exercise is essential for maintaining and improving your health as you age, it's easy for those good intentions to be sidelined by life's demands.

By working with me, we’ll create a personalized program that improves your health and fitness during this stage of life. You'll see progress in your strength, mobility and flexibility, with a training plan designed around your unique life.

Build strength, mobility & flexibility

In our sessions, we’ll enhance your strength, muscle tone, and flexibility while reconnecting you with your body’s movement. By combining functional strength training with Pilates principles, we’ll adapt to your body’s changes, ensuring meaningful progress in your fitness journey. The goal is to help you feel strong and confident in your skin again.

Train confidently outside of our sessions

Beyond our one-on-one coaching sessions, you'll receive continuous support from me through my training app. The APP lets you track your progress and I can provide you with personalized feedback and motivation. With access to resources and updates, you'll feel assured and empowered every step of the way, knowing you’re consistently supported in reaching your fitness goals.

Designed around you

Your program will be tailored specifically to you, ensuring you see consistent progress every week. We’ll begin with a consultation session to assess your current movement patterns and understand your goals. From there, your program will be updated each month, evolving with you as you become fitter and healthier.

Super High Support

I'll help you identify your goals and create a tailored plan to achieve them. Working with a coach is a real secret for your success -  because I offers personalized guidance, accountability, and motivation, helping you stay committed and overcome obstacles on your journey. With super high support, you'll also join a community of women reclaiming fitness to thrive in Half Two.

I'm interested - how does it work?

Book your consultation session:  We begin with a complimentary consultation session where we'll talk through your goals, what you like to do and assess your current movement patterns.​

​

Get Training: After your consultation, we'll design your first month's workout program and schedule our weekly sessions so you can start right away. You'll have coaching through my APP for the times you're training between our sessions.

​

We train together in my fully equipped Studio in Pinkneys Green, and I am also happy to work with you in your home. This can be useful if you want to develop your confidence in training on your own at home between our sessions.

​

Flexible Commitment: You're only committed to 5 sessions at a time. We'll plan our sessions in advance, so you can plan around them and keep them as a priority. If you're happy with your progress, we'll move on to the next month and you can cancel at any time.

​

5 Sessions are £45 each. You pay for a block of 5 each time which we schedule in advance for 5 weeks  - sometimes it could be longer than a week between sessions depending on what life brings your way.

​

Super high support: The difference between reaching your goals, training vs just exercising are in consistently following a programme. A coach is the key to help you with that consistency, providing high accountability, support and guidance. I work with a coach on my 'adventures in exercise' and my coach, has a coach. Get coached, get results.

​

You'll also join a supportive community of incredible women who are focused on their own adventures in exercise, changing that narrative once and for all.​

​

Real life built in: Improving your health and fitness should enhance your life, not restrict it. We offer strategies for being consistent and making progress for those times when life is a bit extra, so your training works hard for you and you reach your goals.

PT clients can also work with me in their nutrition to reduce body fat or gain muscle. We can talk about this at your consultation as it works a little differently to stand alone Nutrition Coaching as I see you weekly to train.
