Service Description

For runners, cross fitters, cyclists, golfers, cricketeers - add a weekly session of mobility and flexibility training whilst developing your core control. We'll work on your core strength, mobility around your joints and spine, and general flexibility. A perfect partner for your other training, Pilates works the core and small muscles around the joints to improve control, mobility and flexibility, while your other training and sport works those large muscles and your conditioning. You'll see improvements in just one weekly class. Suitable for all levels.
